About

Meet Ashley Siegel

I’m a leader, a big-picture thinker, a partner, a dog parent, a reality TV nerd, a travel obsessive, a pop culture lover, and a family person. I’m queer, femme, Jewish, progressive, curious, opinionated, loud, optimistic, funny, and always interested in what’s around the next corner. I’m all of these things, and plenty more. (My mom questions the funny part, but I stand by it.)

I deeply believe in showing up as your whole self, in all the ways that make you who you are, and in creating a world where others feel empowered to do the same.

Change is a constant in life and at work. I embrace uncertainty, look for possibility in the unexpected, and lean on relationships to help navigate evolving landscapes and opportunities. Rather than waiting for things to slow down, I’ve decided to make a life in the middle of it all: making room for big experiences, finding joy in the small moments, and celebrating the people and things that make it meaningful. There’s always something to figure out, somewhere to go, or a show I need to catch up on.

Here you’ll find thoughts from my professional perspective and glimpses into my life as an HR executive, alongside my takes on culture and politics, the TV shows I can’t stop watching (and the podcasts that discuss them), and the things I’m loving, questioning, exploring, and experiencing. From leadership and the future of work to family, friends, wedding planning, travel, live music, and everything in between, this is a place for the full picture.

So, get to know me. Welcome to Meet Ashley Siegel, I can’t wait to meet you.

A note from Ashley

I have always believed that we each move through the world as only experts of our own lived experience. It shapes what we notice, what we value, what we question, and how we understand the people and places around us. None of us has the whole picture, but we all have a perspective worth bringing to it.

I’m interested in the spaces where those perspectives meet. The conversations that challenge what we think we know, the ideas that make us see something differently, and the things that remind us how much there is to be curious about.

I also believe in making room for all the things that make us who we are. The work we care about, the people we love, the causes that move us, the things that make us laugh, and the experiences that make life feel a little bigger.

This is a place for all of that. A little work, a little life, a lot of curiosity, and hopefully a few things worth thinking about.

I’m glad you’re here.
